After School Care Registration
    • No reservations will be accepted without payment. By check, cash or credit card.
    • Write in date (month/day) in appropriate box.
    • Turn in by Friday before the upcoming week.

    1. Students must have a current Afterschool Care Registration form and Program Rules form on file.
    2. Afterschool hours are 3 pm – 5 pm. Upon arrival for pickup, please call 470-621-8310.
    3. If your account becomes past due, your student may not attend the Afterschool Care program.
    4. Students are required to follow all of FBCS' policies as listed in the Student Handbook while in After School Care.
    5. If the school closes for any reason, After School Care will be closed.
