After School Clubs
Our After School clubs are designed to introduce, cultivate and encourage your student’s creativity through expression in a variety of environments and interests.
Science Club
Science Club strives to enrich scientific knowledge and curiosity through an adventurous and challenging curriculum that develops students of character, responsibility, and consciousness ready for challenges in the 21st century.
STEM/ASCI Activites
These activities include, but are not limited to, Math Olympics, Creative Writing or Art, and are intended to increase the students knowledge and unlock their creative potential.
Art
Each student will be encouraged to express themselves and fine tune their artistic abilities, with each session’s theme based on a Bible verse. Students are taught many different styles of art and fundamentals of art, all while giving credit to the One who created all things.
Drama
Students will learn skills, games and strategies for improving their acting abilities, while learning foundational knowledge of theater and acting. They also have a lot of fun together! After the workshops, students are encouraged to audition for the annual Drama Club production.
Orffestra
Orffestra is an instrument ensemble that uses mallet instruments such as xylophones or glockenspiels, in addition to rhythmic instruments like drums, maracas, and wooden blocks to create a musical ensemble. Students will work to improve their note and rhythm reading skills. No instrument purchase or home practice is needed.
Dance
Students have the opportunity to experience the opportunity to learn challenging choreography and the skills needed to perform for the school’s annual talent show. Dance club has a wide range of members, those who have no dance experience and others who have danced for years; all members learn the value of team work, dedication and commitment.
Chapel
Chapel is a wonderful opportunity for all FBCS students to worship together, lead by Pastor Chris Giddens. Elementary and Middle School students meet in the Student Center every Wednesday morning to cultivate and grow their relationship with the Lord.
Students sing praise and worship songs, give an offering, and have a Bible lesson. FBCS currently gives all offering money to Storehouse Ministries. In lieu of a monetary offering, students are welcome to bring non-perishable food items.
Parents are always welcome to attend chapel.
Preschool students worship together the first Monday morning of every month, unless it is a Holiday and them meet the second Monday of every month.
