Fun Fact: I had a 22 year career as a broadcast meteorologist, 15 of those years at The Weather Channel. My husband and I are empty nesters with our son and daughter away at college. I’m thrilled to be working with the four year olds at FBCS- don’t be surprised if they come home and talk about the weather 😉

I'm proud to call myself a nerd, but I also love ballroom dancing, traveling, playing the piano, gardening, and puzzles. I love to eat-especially chocolate, Puerto Rican food, and Italian food!

Fun Fact: Although I am not really 100 years old like my sweet students often guess, my somewhat shorter life has truly been blessed by God. I have a wonderful husband, great children, precious grandchildren and I get to love and help my young friends here at school, too.

Fun Fact: My husband and I traveled internationally working in schools and orphanages in Cambodia and helped build schools in Mexico and dedicated wells in Liberia, Africa. I am very excited to be a part of the First Baptist Christian School family, teaching the students and showing them Gods love each day.

Fun Fact: My father-in-law started planting churches over 50 yrs ago in remote areas in Colombia where government doesn’t exist and drug lords rule the land. Now my husband and I travel twice a year to help with the 75 established churches, by training pastors and collecting school supplies for the 2000+ kids we have at our churches.
